About Andy Meer: I first start developing systems back in 89; this was for BRS a nationwide transport company, this first system was for routing deliveries for Applied Chemicals an international chemicals supply company. Since this first application I have developed for many others transport companies. I have also developed for the UK travel insurance industry with the application being used by the UK post office and Fortis insurance which is part of Fortis international Bank. Other companies using my system include Fazetwo Ltd the UK's leading supplier of Fashion jewellery. I have a degree in Operations Management and a C.P.C in transport management
