Extend your project resources with our "No Surprises" contract development services.A full-featured Alpha Anywhere application has a lot of moving parts, and sometimes your best bet is to bring in a team of experts to make sure the job gets done right. Our staff members are hands-on expert developers, with extensive experience in building enterprise-level business applications the *right* way, on budget and on time.
Perhaps most importantly, our developers take responsibility for the project. They'll identify potential trouble spots in the application architecture, make sure your schedule and budget are realistic, monitor your testing progress, and give you weekly status reports. If a problem pops up (and no project ever goes exactly as planned), our developers will alert you immediately... and offer practical solutions.
That's what we mean by "no surprises." You can sleep well, knowing your project is in capable hands.
Moreover, our developers treat every project as a teaching experience. If you're implementing your first big Alpha Anywhere-based project, we'll make sure your own developers learn best practices so that they can apply them to their own development projects in the future.
How We WorkAnalysis and Design Phase: We generally begin all contract development projects with an open-ended analysis and design phase, which we treat as an Advisory Services assignment. During this phase, we'll review your requirements, including such factors as the user interface, security, target hardware, data integration, Cloud hosting, and in-house staffing resources. During this phase, we can also create a proof-of-concept prototype that you can use to demonstrate the proposed application to users and other stakeholders. Once we have a working consensus about the application requirements, we'll give you a ballpark cost estimate that you can use to fine-tune your project plan.
(Note that the project plan that we develop during this analysis and design phase is your property. You're not obliged to continue with IADN for implementation, and you may use the plan to solicit bids from other developers if you wish. The only requirement that we have is that you pay for the work done on your behalf.)
Implementation Phase: When the final project requirements document is completed, IADN will execute a contract with you and work will begin. The contract will cover the following:
- Project scope, expected functionality, and performance benchmarks
- Development team (IADN and client)
- Schedule and milestones
- Project management and reporting
- Change order process
- Estimate project cost and payment terms
Cloud service: We can provide you with a secure, cost-effective, and efficient way to build, deploy, and maintain your business applications in the Cloud, either through ZebraHost or with Alpha Software's Cloud.
